Tool #3 Finding Online Video and Image Resources

I use Discovery Education quite often to supplement the curriculum.
Here is a clip from a Magic School Bus that I can show my students when we are learning about light:

I found these videos and used them from about April until the end of the year.  The kids absolutely loved singing, dancing and learning all at the SAME time!

  1. It takes some time..but there are lots of videos that can support your teaching..and make a difference in what your students learn. Don't forget about Brainpop...some really good ones there.

  2. I do use Brainpop quite often to supplement learning in my classroom. The kids LOVE taking the hard quiz after watching the video.
